Brazillian Jiujitsu, also known as BJJ, is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling techniques alongside with different throws and sweeps to take an opponent to the ground and utilise various submission holds.
With the popularity of Brazillian Jiujitsu, two different styles have emerged, traditional Brazillian Jiujitsu with a Gi, and No-Gi/Sport Jiujitsu. These styles overlap, but have different variations of grappling techniques applicable to each style.
Brazillian Jiujitsu classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday.
